Creating Bodies for our puppets

While the paint was drying on our heads we continued hand sewing the bodies and clothes for our puppet characters.



The hard part was keeping it flat and threading the needle.


Some of us used fur because our characters are animals.


All dressed ready to attach the head. Think Caleb will add some buttons to the shirt so he knows where the front is.

      It was tricky sewing by hand. We had some problems paper macheing the heads. Now we are nearly finished it has been worth it.

      Hello Cess and Charlie
      We are trying to finish our technology unit about puppet making. This has been great fun and we have had to learn many new things. Along with the puppets we have been writing plays. Each puppet has been designed to go with the groups play. We have nearly finished the plays. Now we will practice with our pupppets and hopefully video the plays.
