Main Star and Independent Learning

The Main Star Award – Pohutukawa Hub - Term 1 2017

All students must complete 6 Key Com Activities:
Gold Award = 10 activities completed
Silver Award = 8 activities completed
Bronze Award = 6 activities completed
Parents and caregivers please act as “quality control”.  Only sign off activities that you believe have been completed to a good standard. (Don’t forget that evidence is the key to getting platinum at the end of the year i.e. photos, tick charts, a written response from someone who was there etc)

      THINKING
      • Share a story with the class during Read and Feed. (Teacher will allocate a time)
      • As part of the Main Star Award this term, we would like the children to share a book they enjoy.  They will need to practice it at home and then present it with expression and fluency on their day.
